Equitable Practice

These documents refer to the commitment to fostering fairness, inclusion, and access in higher education. It involves recognizing and addressing systemic barriers, advocating for diverse perspectives, and implementing policies that support all students equitably. In this section, my documents highlight experiences creating inclusive learning environments, developing equitable policies, or engaging in initiatives promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Evidence may include case studies, policy analyses, or reflections on efforts to advance equity in academic or administrative settings.

These documents reflect a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth through ongoing education, skill development, and self-reflection. In higher education administration, this competency includes staying informed about emerging trends, pursuing professional development, and fostering a learning culture through research projects or reflections on learning experiences that have influenced professional practice.

Lifelong Learning

These documents focus on the ability to manage and lead within higher education institutions efficiently and ethically. This competency includes strategic planning, policy development, resource management, and collaboration to enhance institutional effectiveness. They may showcase experiences in decision-making, leadership roles,  and implementing best practices to improve student and organizational outcomes. Evidence could include reports, policy proposals, leadership reflections, or case studies demonstrating effective administration in a higher education setting.
